Why does the number of units a game has sold even concern you? Shouldn't you be more concerned about games pushing the boundary of tech and the implications for next gen games that might have, as a gamer?

what boundaries does it push in terms of its gameplay? it looks great but again, i have no interest in flight simulation. im not gonna cop a flight sim for its graphics when i can just watch videos of this on youtube.

can you get into dogfights? do you get to do dramatic landings like captain sully? if you want a hyper-realistic flight sim then im happy this product delivers for you but im not interested in that.

and you are the one framing this game as a killer app and proof of how sony is lagging behind MS. the fact that simulation games are a niche genre is relevant when you’re acting like MS has the industry in a chokehold with this game

played for a minute... game is beautiful. I had no idea what I was doing and tried to fight a spider with a rock and got my ass beat


Had to take a phone call and when I came back, shyt was pitch black outside. Like I literally couldn’t see shyt. Then all i heard was critters everywhere in the dark so I just cut that shyt off and took a nap

It’s getting dark so I’m sitting here trying to build a fukking fort for the night and it’s look like TRASH..

and the night is dark/creepy with mist everywhere and critters running around. So I’m trying to hurry up and figure shyt out (I’m building by my only light source) and I see the grass in the distance start parting ways... like on some Jurassic park shyt.

Next thing you know this GIANT ass spider comes out and I’m literally like

Ran into my hut and tried to close the door and it just broke it down.. had to pause it after that

And since I can’t follow directions apparently, I didn’t build my save point yet so I had to start ALL the way at the beginning (I mean, I could’ve just loaded another save point but nah), I had to go get my backpack that was halfway across the yard IN THE DARK. Like pitch black....

So I sat in the corner of the cave like a bytch and waited for daylight while playing on my phone

shyt is really intense playing alone... it’s fun but when it was about to be nightfall again and I had no fort I cut it off

The kid in me that imagined what this would be like cause Honey I Shrunk the kids want's to check it out.

I’ve really enjoyed Obsidian games as of late... was really high on The Outer Worlds (still not finished but got further than I would with most games) and really enjoying this one so far.

My issue will probably be the fact that I will probably be playing alone... this isn’t the type of game my homies would play co-op

And then reading the OP’s dumbass review, the main issue that the writer has is the games lack of content... which means his main issue is the fact it’s an early access game


These clowns still getting a check I see. Every user comment is saying the score is too low even if it is an early access game. PC Mag gave it a 9/10

With just the insects alone the thought is terrifying. Can’t imagine if they start adding snakes or other random shyts.

If the graphics were more realistic and not kiddy-ish, this would be a horror survival game
