Nothing I said was anything less than factual.
Your claim that American car commercials only feature black people is pretty much anything BUT factual. Mary J Blige never did a Ford commercial. Kevin Hart did 1 Ford commercial 2 years ago. So just off of that you are full of shyt, not even worth investigating the rest of your claims.

Not to mention, avg white family can't afford a new BMW or Audi, so the idea that they "all moved on" to that is ridiculous. Top selling cars in the country are American pickup trucks and shyt like Toyota Camrys and Corollas. So from top to bottom you pulled shyt out of your ass to shyt on black people. Mary did a Chevy though

T.I. did a couple Chevy commercials as well.
Shaq with Buick
Eminem did chrysler
Snoop did chrysler
Tiger woods with Buick
50 with pontiac
I could've sworn Mary J did a Ford Edge commercial.
There's more.

Anyway, American automakers make the worst cars in terms of reliability, resale value and overall score that's a fact. You can research this yourself or check Consumer Reports. Ain't nobody shytting on black people either, you taking things out of context. I didn't mean ALL commercials. I was just pointing out the fact that american automakers are more advertising toward black people these days because they are not as popular with white people as before. The fact the the "white" sales are declining for American automakers are also fact. I read that in TIME magazine. I see way more white people in my city with Euro and Japanese cars than American. And I see more black people with Chargers and Chrysler 300's. Just stating observations I've seen over the past 10 years or so which coincides with what I've read. No need to get your panties in a bunch. BTW, ain't nobody shytting on black people, it ain't that deep breh.

A lot of Dodge cars do suck but there's plenty of foreign cars that do too. You're off the mark with American cars scoring low with reliability and customer satisfaction this ain't the 80's dude. There a reason German cars value falls way down once that warranty is up bruh.

No doubt they have stepped up in recent years, meaning after they went bankrupt because they had no choice, but to step their game up. But before that they did score very low in reliability in comparison with other automakers. I'm aware that German cars ain't that reliable either, but that doesn't stop people from buying or rather leasing them, because the warranty covers pretty much everything. Plus they are superior cars overall.

How do these compare to the number of non-black celebrity endorsements? Are black celebrities the only ones doing car commercials?

Not to mention you might only see black celebrity endorsements... because you probably only watch black media :aicmon: Youre not gonna see Keith Urban on BET, but he endorses their top seller (F 150 pickup truck, top selling passenger vehicle in the country)

Anyway, American automakers make the worst cars in terms of reliability,
True, but they have their moments. Ford was the top brand for reliability in 2010, and in any case they are significantly better than they used to be. BMW, Audi, MB and Jaguar are less reliable than many domestic brands.
resale value
Not just due to reliability

and overall score that's a fact.
Ford wins or is in the top 3 of mainstream comparison tests regularly.

Can you post any proof of this? Plus even if this was true it makes no sense. White people are the largest demographic in the country, and also have more individual buying power than the average black car buyer. Why would GM give up on that demographic??? Plus black population growth is stagnant. If they are chasing new a new demographic it should be the Latinos. But really, they want to sell to everybody. Again, this is why Ford has Keith Urban doing F150 commercials. Black people aren't buying pick up trucks :aicmon:

You live in one city, in one state, in one region of the country. Your limited observations are in no way representative of the country at large. Where I live everyone rides the train and very few people have cars. Does that make that the case everywhere? I had to get at you because you were throwing around a lot of opinions and meaningless observations as fact. Thats not the wave:50holmes:

from Consumer Reports in 2012 testing

Although Chrysler remains in last place, its overall score jumped eight points, making it the second most improved automaker. Chrysler’s average road-test score also increased by eight points, the most of any automaker, and its overall reliability improved to average. The turnaround can be credited mostly to Chrysler’s extensively freshened and redesigned vehicles.

Ford falls the farthest, dropping from fifth place in last year’s report cards to 10th. The automaker’s road-test score improved by two points over last year’s, but subpar reliability of some new vehicles, due largely to the troublesome MyFord Touch infotainment system and Power-Shift automatic transmission, hurt its report-card grade

In our testing, we continue to see improvement in General Motors’ redesigned models, but reliability of some new vehicles is below average.

“GM and Chrysler are building nicer cars with each redesign. Still, their scores are dragged down by several older designs that score low in Consumer Reports testing or have reliability issues,” Champion said, “As more new products are introduced, their fortunes could change if they can improve their overall reliability

Resale values... from KBB a few years ago
But while they are showing improvement, domestic brands haven't caught up with most import brands on resale values, say Kelley Blue Book and ALG, which follow used car prices.

Import automakers had the top 10 brands for retaining value over a five-year period in the 2008 model-year listings, Kelley Blue Book says. Volkswagen was best. Seven of the 10 worst brands were domestic nameplates.

American automakers do have the worst reliability overall. German cars aren't that reliable either, I'm aware of that. They do score significantly higher on raod tests. I was just was pointing out thats what white people seem to be gravitating towards, and not using reliability as a reason for it. Ford has stepped up after being bailed out a few years ago because they had to, to stay competitive. I'm not saying that domestic automakers have abandoned white people. Obviously that doesn't make sense. They've lost sales and consumer trust in recent years and have been working to gain that trust back through better cars and better reliability. And although domestic automakers have made improvements in those areas, they are still for the most part at the bottom of the totem pole. Yeah, for has made their cars more reliable, but they still pale in comparison as far as overall score and road tests to their foreign competition. American automakers have moved to advertise more toward black and latinos, because for the most part this demographic was ignored for the most part when they were untouchable. They need this demographic now to bounce back more quickly and get the black dollars since black people are making more now than ever before. This was from a TIME magazine article a from around 2008.

I'm aware the 'Merica ain't giving up their pick up trucks. I wasn't throwing around 'meaningless' opinions either. See post above. This is information was gained from reading consumer reports magazine and other outlets that pertains to cars regularly. And the information I've gained through reading articles and magazines support what I've seen in the city.

Actually, I did and it clearly shows that American automakers are at the bottom of the list in terms of reliability and overall score. Ford ranks high in reliability now, but low in score. Years ago ford was at the bottom in reliability as well, which is when the cars the topic of conversation came out.

Are We not are discussing cars from the mid 2000's? Therefore I referenced articles from that time period as well recent information that shows they have made positive strides in the last 3 years or so, but still behind the competition. All domestic scores from the info I posted was much worse in the mid 2000's, therefore what the fukk does their current line have to do with their line up a decade ago.

Why are you guys still talking to him?

His entire thesis was that american cars suck because white people dont drive them anymore and are now on bmw and others...its just self hating, white supremist view that does not warrant further discussion.

Doesn't help his comprehension if a 9yr old. His own chart don't even show "american" companies being at the bottom of the chart :russ:
