If youre so enlightened youd realize you know nothing of this universe, or what God's plan is. Assume you, a mere mortal knows what an omniscient being should be doing brehs

Atheists are idiots, no matter how hard they try push their pseudo intellectualism. :mjlol:

I got you in your feelings by just what I wrote tho...:mjlol: :umad: I didn't even be disrespectful...

you are indoctrinated into believing a thing called god's plan... I'm sure god planned a crazy dude shooting a country music festival in vegas, or a car bomb in africa killing 300 people... :francis: let me guess they didn't believe in god's plan. Let me guess he called them home, let me guess they'll get into heaven because they was innocent... it's gods will tho right? human death and chaos is gods will, it's all apart of his plan right? :camby: See and this is why I'm agnostic...:francis:

In the end of the day Jesus, Allah, Krishna, and the gods of the thousands of religions today are no different than Zeus, Sun Wukong, or any other Gods that are not really worshiped and known to be myths by most. Zeus is the same as Santa Claus.
Imagine a group of people who lived their lives according to being on the naughty or nice list. The acts of these groups of people range from normal everyday humans, and humanitarians, to murderers, pedophiles, and slave owners; all thinking they are living their life according to being on the nice list. :russ:
Yeah some people may excel but if they say they did it to be rewarded on the nice list would you say that they are a smart person? If a grown nikka came up to you and started judging your life decisions out loud because he thinks you are on the naughty list, you're gonna tell me that you would be like "this person really knows what they are talking about I should take their advice to be on the nice list." :ohhh:

Religions are the same as any myth but have the arrogance to think they are on the same stage as science. Prayer didn't cure polio, science did, prayer didn't almost double the average lifespan in the last century, science did. Prayer didn't make the car, plane, or computer, engineering did based on scientific principles.:stopitslime:

Life is complex as hell and we as people don't really understand the world around us for what it is, only what we think it is. Science is the closest thing that we have to seeing what the world is, and it is changing all the time so it is not even an extremely concrete way to do that. But thats a hell of a lot better than "I know that this is the era of quantum technologies, climate change, and possibly the fall of capitalism but my imaginary friend says that you two fakkits can't get married so that's what I'm gonna spend all my time and energy on.":angry:

im not atheist, im agnostic but this makes sense.

Religous people SURVIVE and THRIVE on faith and hope. By definition its not guided/misguided. also they typically reject opposing opinions on theism blindly.

there is no logic in religion.

atheists on the other hand, have made the firm decision to believe that when we die NOTHING HAPPENS. no heaven no hell no afterlife. its a terrifying thought and no one takes it lightly. despite their fear, they choose facts (or lack of facts). fact is god is not a fact. its faith.

religion can be a beautiful thing and I HOPE there is a god and an afterlife, i really do. But i dont have any facts. its all faith and hope.

no offense to anyone but religious people come off as delusional to me.

You are an atheist. The problem is this sense of solipsism from atheists who try and hijack science
for their own agenda.

Isaac Newton was a Christian, are we supposed to "logically" discredit the very laws of physics ?

We may have great logic faculties in our brains, but sometimes it seems that atheists try to push only
that upon everyone and in doing so forget that we are animals that still reside with the deep
rooted emotions of fear and survival instincts.

At a practical level, atheist dogma has no teeth except amongst academic reprobates who love
to engage in intellectual masturbation while sneering at the masses. It doesn't unify or inspire

Yahweh was one god out of dozens worshiped near Israel. Then they were like "Ok we're just gonna pick this one and roll with it."

Mohammed had a 9 year old wife, was illiterate and wrote a whole book, verbatim, from God.

It's funny because the logical basis for Atheism as an institution seems to rest on Occam's razor.

But William of Occam was a Christian monk.

It shows outside the box and exploratory thinking. Most people really can't go outside what's been told to them and think about things for themselves being atheist shows you're prolly capable of doing this

Its not a trait of an intellectual. Its the fact that silly ass believers think they have a monopoly on God and that if someone dismisses the mainstream beliefs that attempt to label said person as a atheist.

The real question is why do people think their belief in God makes them special?
