Well, possession of marijuana under a certain weight results in a summons, just like a traffic ticket. They weren't taken to jail, but need to show up for their arraignment at a later date.
Usually, if a suspect is going to jail who has a marijuana charge, the initial arrest was for a different crime. Marijuana or other drug was found after the search incident to arrest so that is an additional charge. So yeah, no remorse.

The fact that marijuana is considered a controlled substance is irrelevant because so is tobacco, remove the negative connotation of it being a drug and ask yourself if this is really a problem serious enough that adults need to be told whether or not they are allowed to use it. :

A drug dealer, or to be more specific, a pot dealer, is a walking ATM in the hood. There are way more attempted robberies of pot dealers and shooting of pot dealers than get reported. Pot is big business. There's a reason owners of grow operation carry guns. They get shot and killed for the money. Not hundered of dollars like the street level dealer. Tens of thousands of dollars. They are walking lotto tickets.

Which wouldnt be a problem if it weren't illegal. Remember prohibition? all of this started from that

i love to smoke. i cut back on it though. from 18-21 i would smoke all day everyday. now i can cop something nice and make it last 2-3 weeks. some days i dont smoke at all.

i've never been big on alcohol, dont pop pills or do any other drug. never tried any other drug to be honest.


but i'll come home from work. me and my lady will smoke and watch a movie, i'll play xbox or something else. Saturdays though i'll blow all day, kick back and watch college football during the season.

Used to smoke everyday from ages 14-24 multiple times a day. Stopped smoking permanently about a year ago. Dont miss it for some reason. I didnt stop for any purpose I just did. I stopped enjoying the company of others/going out and shyt. Weed has run its course for me but if you smoke you smoke
