Flexible hours are common in the office world. It is an effective way out of getting the most out of employees. Flexibility is something that is beneficial for all parties.

Between you not realising a half hour difference would have you finishing at 16:30 and this ignorance, you're telling me that you're hot air.

30 minute lunch is cool if you bring your own lunch and eat onsite. It’s not cool if you have to walk to your car leave and eat your food in your car on your way back from your lunch break. It just depends if you bring your lunch or leave the job site.

I do 7:30 - 15:30 and have a 1 hour lunch break. Blessed And i WFM

I take a 45 minute lunch break and two 15 minute breaks…

shyt works out perfect because my first 3 hours be easy
