I think what he means is that this show and similar shows give black characters, specifically black female characters, degrading roles at their expense. Huge difference between that and a show like Martin, which is nothing more than a light-hearted comedy. White folks are blatant with their racism in their portrayal of black people on TV, and a lot of black women just eat it up because it's entertainmentBecause every character on the show period is flawed. -A No non-sense black woman, who after purposeful cinematic unraveling is shown as a weak person with prostitue-esque insecurities

-A Black woman who then sought therapy for sexual abuse against the wishes of said mother, only to fall in love with her married white therapist. After breaking his marriage up, essentially becoming a homewrecking/mistress bedwench, she marries him (under the guise that he understands her)
- Through the years, said Black woman allows white husband to cheat innumerable times, namely with Fresh white College Cac bytches (being that he is now professor)
- After years of her Husband's infeditity, she finally comes back home and gets a Black Man.except, she's still married. While this black fella does everything to keep her happy (even getting caught eatin her middle aged juicebox by a student) she still finds a way to emasculate him on the stand at court, get him fired from his job (while he was supporting his cancer ridden wife
- Black Woman is a professor/lawyerand Emasculates one of the only 3 black kids in the class (a black male in fact) on the 1st day of school in front of the predominant white class as a power move
- The show goes on to further promote the desinsitizing of homosexuality, having graphic male/male sex (on network tv) that would make Queen as Folk blushmultiple times
- In addition to gay sex, interacial sex with irrational consequences runs rampid. As she risk 10+ disbarment offenses attempting to suppress evidence of her abusive husband from a murder case. Meanwhile the only other Black Male on the show, risks his future, threatens his professors career, and even commits a murder in order to protect a white girl who has said 10 words to him total and only kind gesture was leaving him a bottle of liquor
- The only other black girl on the show (and won who believes in black marraige), while prissy is nature, is reduced to being called"back wood ghetto trash" by the mother of her fiancée. Meanwhile her fiancée is a closet faq
