You’re referencing 2 different bridges that are near each other. Just that one is free and one isn’t. Both will take you from Astoria/LIC to Harlem/Uptown/Bronx and direct you into NJ. RFK bridge (fka Triboro) has a toll tho. Queensbridge/59st/Ed Koch bridge is further west, the tan colored bridge that’s free. You can see Yankee Stadium when you’re on it.
