alot of people on the d3 forums were pushing this but the gameplay looks just like WoW from a glance

d3 may have shyt end game and no pvp, but the style and gameplay fundamentally is atleast with some patchwork it could still pan out

i know some of yall made the switch, but am i right? im looking at youtubes right now and it doesnt look any different than most mmo's

D3 is horrible I swear blizzard fan boys are worse than apple stans. No endgame at all. Of course there will be a lot of things in common amongst mmos but guild wars has changed a lot. Just one example is the elimination of the healer/tank/dps roles because everyone can heal. That's a HUGE change. Also you can dodge attacks by double tapping a directional key. That's a small addition but completely alters the typical mmo combat.

Built for whatever you want. If there was one philosophy to describe this game is that you can play however you want to play. there technically aren't any tanks per say but some classes are more tankish than others

I agree with the bolded after spending some time playing the game though and must say I'm a little disappointed. Seems like everything that I loved about the original Guild Wars was removed in order to make it more like WoW. I'm still enjoying it for the time being but I must say that it doesn't feel like Guild Wars to me.
