That's nothing really to brag over though...Man I was so drunk driving one night almost killed myself. The cop didn't even give me a DUI because he felt sorry for me.

Get your lawyer to find out when the breathalyzer was last calibrated. Friend of mine got his case thrown out since the unit he was tested with hadn't been calibrated when it was supposed to.
