I haven't drove under the influence since I was 22 and got pulled over at 02:30 a.m. by a dumb cop because he said
-I didn't change langes when he was in the emergency lane
-And that I was swerving when he had me pinned because the car infront of me was going slow and he was in the left lane and wouldn't let me over..of course i'm going to swerve cac because i'm trying to get over and you wont let me
Dude asked how many drinks I had and i told him 2 beers (really had 4) and told me to take a field test. Lucky for me all he gave me was the "follow the pen with your eye without moving your head" test and i passed with flying colors
Dude let me go after that because the dumbass car who was driving 10 under the limit infront of me ALSO pulled over when the cop had only pulled me over

Cop: You're free to go

He blew a .08. Thats not drunk driving. Thats two beers to you social hermits. If you're drunk or real tipsy, don't drive. I'm not condoning drunk driving but two beers should not make you MADD. Pun intended.

Never supply evidence.Why did you incriminate yourself? Never blow, never do any field test. You were right there at the limit, should have refused and took the speeding and drug charge. By the time they would have been able to take blood or whatever you would have been under the limit.
Never drink and drive though.

I was only at the bar for 45 min for a friends birthday had a couple drinks and dipped out early. I had just come back from a tennis match in another city...and I had a match at 9 in the morning the next day. I wasn't "drunk" by any means. It was fresh on my breath and I blew the limit. Its all bullshyt and a headache right now.

In NC if you refuse you lose your driving for a year completely...even if you beat the case. I took the more expensive way out but I can still drive

get the best lawyer you can, a friend of mine passed out and hit a bunch of shyt, woke up and told the police it happened cause he was on a bunch of pills and had a few drinks, his lawyer got that shyt reduced to a 3 month suspension and improper use of lane conviction, shyt was incredible. I don't know how it works in NC, but nobody ever told you to just say no to breathalyzers?

For now nikka, you going to spend like 10gs to beat that case and probably still have restrictions. I'd take my chances driving with no license for a year. I don't get pulled over often.

Only say no to breathalyzers if you know you're going to fail. If not, its not worth it. Current DUI laws (at least in MA) count refusals ALMOST as bad as actually failing a DUI test. If you're drunk the best thing you can do is keep your mouth shut and stick your hands out for them to put the cuffs on. Don't say shyt other than to ask for a lawyer. By the time your lawyer shows up your BAC should have come down a bit. Don't take any tests at the station without your attorney present.

I got a DUI. In NC the legal limit is .08. When doing a breathalyzer test they make you do it twice for testing purposes. The first time I blew under the legal limit .07 but the second time I blew .08 which called for an arrestI was stopped for speeding (58 in a 35) and they found a little weed in the car.
I can get the weed expunged and a prayer for judgement on the speeding ticket but coli brehs yall know anything about this whole DUI process? Lawyer told me a couple things im gonna have to do

yall think expunges happen as soon as you spend off the paper work. You gotta wait like 7 years before you can even remove it and than it will take time for it to be thrown out. Until then youre gonna be on the chopping board for companies that will use anything no to hire blacks, that weed shyt will fukk you up on some jobs that are worth having

Its more around 5 or 6 g's not saying I got it like that but its not really that much to me. After a couple years or so of a good record ill see if I can get it expunged.

it was a regular police officer. It was just some crazy shyt. I dont regret how much I drank I regret speeding
