By right he should have done a third to improve the accuracy. Furthermore, did you explicity give the policeman consent to search your car? If not all the shyt found in you car wouldn't be admissable in court. . A good lawyer can easily get this shyt tossed. And don't be cheap on a lawyer either. Because if this shyt goes through, rest assured you will get ROYALLY fukkED by the courts, ESPECIALLY if your black.

What you need to find out is how tough either your state or county is on DUI. If they're tough like Georgia you won't get off without spending some money for a good lawyer. I paid $1500 for a lawyer and ended up in jail to finish my 24 hours with other people who paid for a lawyer, 2 other people used the same lawyer I did.

If you think you can beat it or you have the bread to fight it get a lawyer if not take your punishment and keep it movin'.

It lead me to believe that I'm not invincible, and led me to believe that there are consequences to every action.
