i got the same TV in the 55 inch size. that's a good TV one of the best models from last year's TVs. really good levels of input lag from the TV. the only knock against it is some of those TVs have backlight bleeding and hotspots. mines has it on the very top but you only will notice it in a dim lit room when the screen goes totally black or on content that has black bars. it doesn't bother me on my set because its very minimal.
that's a thread where you can get a lot of info on that model

i've never once used the 3D on the TV though. the knock against these passive 3D sets is that they are incapable of showing true HD in 3D because they split the resolution of the TV for both eyes.
that TV is not really 240hz its a 120hz panel and they use trickery to claim 240hz. the magic remote is garbage to me. i have Logitech Harmony remotes but the concept of a Wii style remote for a TV isn't appealing to me. the universal remotes can control the TV like normal. one nice thing about the TV is if you put it on your Wifi network and your cell phone is also on it you can use your cell phone as a remote and send the Youtube videos to play on the TV. another nice thing is its DNLA compatibility. you can be on your computer and push videos (AVI, WMV) and music and pictures to your TV through the wireless. you just right click an a media file and click sent to tv.
