Long story short, there was an ex I was trying to get back with. I tried to let her go when we broke up but foolishly let her back into my life. Soon we were talking all the time, chilled periodically. Told me last night she was seeing a new dude. I said okay. She asked if I was mad. I said, nah. Then I told her I wish I could take back the one incident that fukked up our relationship (I punched a wall in front of her in an argument on the phone with someone else and she comes from abuse so it freaked her out and she was never the same--I'm normally very calm, but then she started thinking I have anger issues) and I told her I loved her (yeah I know I fukked up) and wished her the best. Then I went to bed.
