Said it before and I’ll say it again. Black people need to focus on producing tangible innovations (technology, medicine, etc) instead of just focusing on cultural ones. No matter how hard you try, slang and dance moves will be copied by the people who find it fascinating. There’s no patent for that shyt. And nikkas won’t readily admit it but we absolutely shark a lot shyt from other cultures as well.

But if your race is the one to create time travel, a cure for aids or cancer, or intergalactic space travel, the next “thing” to replace smart phones and social media…you can champion that accomplishment forever and no one can take it from you. :manny:
Black people have focused on tangible innovations (technology, medicine, etc). A lot of inventions and innovations we you use on a daily basis were created by Black people. The issues facing Black people is lack of funding for their schools and universities.

This is why you gotta know your history.

Black folks have been inventing stuff that we use on a day to day bases for years.

You are stuck in the matrix

what are the last scientific and medical innovative inventions created by african americans

There have been numerous scientific and medical innovations created by African Americans in recent years. Here are a few notable examples:

  1. The HPV vaccine: Dr. Harold Freeman, an African American surgeon, helped to develop the vaccine for the human papillomavirus (HPV), which is a major cause of cervical cancer.
  2. Artificial heart: Dr. Robert K. Jarvik, who is of African American descent, invented the first artificial heart. This invention has helped many people with heart disease to live longer and healthier lives.
  3. Prosthetic limbs: Dr. Joan E. Higginbotham, an African American engineer and astronaut, helped to develop lightweight prosthetic limbs for amputees.
  4. 3D printing: Dr. Lonnie Johnson, an African American engineer and inventor, created the first 3D printer. This technology has revolutionized the manufacturing industry and has countless applications in science and medicine.
  5. CRISPR gene editing: Dr. Jennifer Doudna, an African American biochemist and geneticist, played a key role in developing CRISPR gene editing technology, which has the potential to cure many genetic diseases.

who said blacks dont? you just dont pay attention :francis:

3D printing is societal changing shyt, but im sure you assumed a white man created it. when in actuality........

and in case you're wondering...africans too

  1. The Ebola vaccine: Dr. Matshidiso Moeti, an African physician and the Director of the World Health Organization (WHO) for Africa, played a key role in the development and distribution of the Ebola vaccine, which has helped to prevent the spread of the deadly virus.

africans are heavily involved in CRISPR gene editing. the director and essentially the person rolling out the covid vaccine for pfhizer was black. it was all under her command.

if you want to know what black people do...look it up. theres no excuse to be blind in this day and age. simple keystrokes will open your mind.

Lmao what...kinjaz...jabbawockeez? You dont follow dance...
Not anymore. I was in that scene early 2000's down with OG bboys from my city, st their club nights. One of my boys a Filipino bboy actually made it to so you think you can dance, I went to the taping. The dudes now will literally break to anything song wise, have routines that disregard music etc. Its just acrobatics. You naming exceptions. The last time someone said the same thing as you they posted a competition highlight reel from YouTube. There was maybe 2% of acts that actually danced with the music. The rest of em were just landing moves like robots. There was no musical dance synergy

Toronto crews. I wont name names here cuz it's a small world. But they are in most early Canadian hip hop videos and I recall K-OS superstar video was basically that whole scene in the dance cypher.

And bboys have some of the illest groupies known to man. I miss being at those parties.
