what are the last scientific and medical innovative inventions created by african americans
There have been numerous scientific and medical innovations created by African Americans in recent years. Here are a few notable examples:
- The HPV vaccine: Dr. Harold Freeman, an African American surgeon, helped to develop the vaccine for the human papillomavirus (HPV), which is a major cause of cervical cancer.
- Artificial heart: Dr. Robert K. Jarvik, who is of African American descent, invented the first artificial heart. This invention has helped many people with heart disease to live longer and healthier lives.
- Prosthetic limbs: Dr. Joan E. Higginbotham, an African American engineer and astronaut, helped to develop lightweight prosthetic limbs for amputees.
- 3D printing: Dr. Lonnie Johnson, an African American engineer and inventor, created the first 3D printer. This technology has revolutionized the manufacturing industry and has countless applications in science and medicine.
- CRISPR gene editing: Dr. Jennifer Doudna, an African American biochemist and geneticist, played a key role in developing CRISPR gene editing technology, which has the potential to cure many genetic diseases.
who said blacks dont? you just dont pay attention
3D printing is societal changing shyt, but im sure you assumed a white man created it. when in actuality........
no need to be spoon fed by zaddy. you can look it up. we're on the internet.Of course we're going to assume it's someone white when the media only shows white people using 3D printers.
I don't think you really understood the post you quoted.
BTW, Google says a white man named Chuck invented the 3d printer. What's that about?
1. The 3D printer was invented by a white man. A black man took what was already there and used it to produce prosthetics. Which is still dope but not the same.dear chatgpt

1. i can show you more innovations if you need more. i mean, you can just look them up yourself. there are societal inventions created by black people in the past 10 years.1. The 3D printer was invented by a white man. A black man took what was already there and used it to produce prosthetics. Which is still dope but not the same.
2. I never explicitly said black people have never invented anything. I think you and a lot of the folks quoting my post misunderstand. It’s be preposterous to suggest that in the thousands of years we’ve been here we never innovated anything of worth. Yes black people absolutely have invented things. The larger issue at hand is that A.) We don’t innovate at nearly the rate of say whites or Asians and B.) Culturally we don’t celebrate or value innovations the way we do “the culture.”
3.) Building off point 2B, a black man invented prosthetics for 3D printing. That’s dope. How many black people would you wager actually know that, and are upset about the lack of coverage surrounding it? Not many. Yet everyday I see multiple fukkin threads on here and other social media bytching and moaning that some whites and Asians did a dance move, said a slang word, or wore a black hairstyle. That’s my point.
