also, which situation would make you cancel a date?

'Cause 10 minutes before a date, I'm ready to go. I would be too heated to reply in a respectful manner. Plus, I would interpret someone texting me to cancel versus calling me as someone who is not serious.

I would probably reply to a text with an explanation as to why they had to cancel, with a note also saying that they plan to call me when whatever emergency they are dealing with subsides.

I would probably cancel a date that involved some sort of catastrophe with a family member or close friend.

I've done this before because I lost my wallet with all my cards in it and no cash on hand. I apologized though and rescheduled for the next day. Ended up smashing too


So we started dating and about 4 weeks later she does it to me. Like we made plans and right as I'm about to leave the house she cancels on me. I was pissed but I gave her the silent treatment. Didn't reply to anything until she said she was sorry and offered u an explanation. We dated for a bit after but her grand mother died so I didn't see her for a week then she went to Spain for a week. We never really talked after that.
