Getting in shape, brehs.
I started off my new workout routine with nothing but pushups and planks and treadmill walking. I'm averaging 2 miles a day on the treadmill, my pushups jumped from sets of 20, to now I can do a set of 50, and I'm doing 4 sets of 1 minute planks.
Still got a long way to go, but at least I'm on the road and I'm going in that direction.
