That's a pretty nice deal for a new xbox one with that 1 year warranty.

I just did an epic trade for an xbox one.

I fixed a PS4 I had that cost me $140 total.
In return I got an xbox one, 2 controllers, headset, and 3 games - COD AW, HALO MCC, and AC Unity.

Time to look for the next deal...
