Biggest issue for me is she is allowing him to overstep his boundaries with the pet names. I mean its possible he is just one of those over the top simp ass nikkas(they do exist) and thats just their "friendship" but I would be concerned she wouldn't be able to put a real threat to your relationship in its place in the future causing a bigger issue than the current one.

I would playfully/casually go through her phone right in front of her, and then ask her whats up with the pet names and let her know you ain't feeling that

or...

out of the blue, ask her how she would feel if she found out other girls were calling you by some sort of pet name when you talked to them. Tell her it makes you feel uncomfortable but you aren't sure if its an issue or not, and see how she reacts.
