When you go shopping ...ex: clothes decided on how many time you will actually where it to determine if it's worth it. Example. A 50.00 button up decide how many times you will wear it by the cost and see if it's worth it.

If you see something you want. Wait a few days and decide if you still really want it.

Go into a store with a strict budget every time....eventually it will become easier to watch how you spend.

Be determined to find cheaper prices

Get rid of the baller mentality.

Stop trying to impress people.

Cook your own food.

Spend less than what you can afford.
