..broccoli, kale, spinach..some leafy green. Also, on your ab "off" days, throw in a minute or two plank. Since it's a static hold, it's not as damaging and can be done everyday if you want. Finally, do HIIT + steady state cardio.17% bodyfat is not going to show abs eat healthy cut out bread soda sugar. Ab supersets 3x per week with 15 minutes high intensity interval plus 15 minutes steady state for 30 minutes total and make sure your really huffing and puffing during your intense intervals.
