i diet everyday and i do abs once a week. but when i work out other muscles that involve the core, i make sure to do it correctly form wise
Bump up the frequency, nobody that has crazy abs just did them once a week. Even programs like P90x and Insanity have you doing them multiple times a week.

, i know what ur thinkin. "only once a week"...but i browse simplyshredded.com and some of them fitness models don't even have a set day for abs and some blatantly say they dont work out abs but their shredded
