So just to give an update:
I spent some time in HR today going over everything from Friday. Long story short the wife submitted her resignation effective immediately. Apparently this was not the first incident with this guy and her at the job. A restraining order was put on him before and for that he was charged with criminal trespassing and arrested today because he violated that order friday and I also went ahead and pressed charges.
She also filed for a divorce from him and they are clearly having problems and I do not want to get caught up in it even though I did indirectly. Hr also got independent video of the incident because I guess someone thought it was going to be a worldstar moment and recorded our whole exchange friday.
A restraining order, etc.. Wont stop from someone carrying out a mission, will still watch my back and she clearly knows what he is capable and there's lessons to be learned all around. But I thought I handled as best I could given the situation.
I appreciate the real advice from the real posters I rock with, you know who you are.
And for those cracking jokes or whatever I don't care, say what you want, it was a crazy situation that went left fast...
