So if things come together with Cousins and the Pelicans and they actually play well...

Gil Scott said that draymond can guard both ad and cousin at the same time

Those nikkas getting bodied in the paint. Pelicans are one decent guard away from competing for title's in the future. Durant and Curry might be the better players right now but talent wise AD and Boogie are just as good.

Should probably see what that 2019 first rounder and Jones can do to get a KCP rental

Warriors still take them out in 5.

The most anticipated 1/8 matchup was 1999 Heat/Knicks because everyone knew the knicks had the talent to be the 1/2 seed but started off slow in the short season.

Think this is a bit different in that if those two can get Draymond in foul trouble it's a series, the Blazers never had an edge over the Warriors, they were trying to win with their backcourt. This level of frontcourt hasn't existed in the NBA in a very long time.
Stop it lol. They're not beating Golden State with their current perimeter play. And combining two stat padding losers together in the front court sounds nice but we'll see.

Warriors in 5

Pels would be trotting out D league players against Kd Steph and Klay except holiday. That will get ugly

Like I said, I'm assuming they get some sort of Shump-like guard for Jones and salary/picks. Hill ain't d-league, he's more an 8th man. But he can give up a lot to Durant when AD/Cousins might outscore Zaza/Green by 50.

Yup,they really need that guard, and they could be a Memphis.

Hell, didn't Tony Allen just say he wants out?

Well the Warriors are going to have to shoot lights out all series cause they don't have a chance in hell of anyone even slowing down AD and Boogie...

Jrue is going to get pretty much ever shot he wants...and I don't think you want to be coming over to help when he gets in the lane with Boogie and AD lurking around the rim

If Draymond gets in foul trouble...and he probably will having to guard both these dudes for long periods of time...shyt could get dicey...

Also...playing KD at the 4 is going to be :patrice: against this team...

Warriors still win but their margin for error is much smaller against the pelicans now...and every game ends something like 124 to 118...
