How much of that evidence have you examined yourself ? Everyone repeats that "consensus" mantra but few have actually followed it up.
I looked into it and found cooked books,politically based projections and a disconcerting lack of skepticism...Anytime politics gets mixed in with science Truth always becomes a casualty.
Im not against environmentalism as an ideal..we do need to clean up our act but creating fake data to back up politics is not helping anyone...the modern environmental movement has morphed into some blatantly Malthusian agenda.

Yes I believe it's a lost cause. Future generations (if they survive) may in fact look at this period as a dark age. A time when our hubris allowed for the wanton destruction of the planet. In such a short period of time too. It amazing when you think about it.
