A Florida cat I met in passing last year SWORE Young Ma had next. Like, "YO, I KNOW HIP HOP. YOUNG MA IS THE TRUTH. NY LOVES HER. FLEX FUX WITH HER. SHE HAS BARS AND CAN MAKE A HIT. SHE'S OUTTA HERE."

Damn right she's outta here :mjlol: I should've put money on that shyt

and the one that didn't, so-called 'real hip hop heads' hated :russ:

One of my Jersey homies was saying the EXACT same thing:mjlol:

I don’t understand why when these rappers luck
Up and catch a hit they don’t put out an album relatively quickly to capitalize. You would think in the streaming era that would be the move. I know there are rappers out there who truly care about the artistry and want their albums to stand as a body of work but Young Ma never struck me as that type to want to put out the next Illmatic, Blueprint, Miseducation, Good Kid M.a.a.d City, etc.

Thing is she could catch a wave again. Thanks to streaming no artist with any type of following is ever truly “finished” their just one hit away
