MacArthur Mall is cool. Lynnhaven Mall is alright too. Pembroke and Military Circle aren't as highly rated.

I used to hit up the NORVA for concerts right across from MacArthur mall.
Saw Wu-tang twice, Red and Meth, Nas and some other shows all for less than $30 each

I thought the same thing too, Military Circle stayed in the news. These days it ain't too bad, granted I only went there during the morning hours... idk if they still wild out at nights.

It used to be crazy out there. My friend got killed in that IHOP parking lot by a stray. The shooter got out on bail a few weeks later...then got into a shootout with Norfolk PD in the Military Circle parking lot. He got 57 years for killing Cam...and another 63 for the police shooting.
