naw because the average person has an unhealthy diet
and have sporadic bowel movements that are inconsistent as far as type of movement

a human bowel movement should be solid
but most people have crazy types
wet, and spay out sometimes
and some what solid others


so imagine squating over a toilet and it sprays out everywhere


i shyt 4 times atleast a day
and it comes out like horse shyt

cause im a well oiled machine

Just stick with a probiotic chewable....will do far more for you than those fad teas.

Look for one that has billions of micro-organisms per tablet...

Will double check the brand I currently use but there are many good ones out there

you definitely should be taking a shyt daily breh

even on a spartan diet your bowels should be moving regularly

start with drinking more water....and some unsweetened ginger tea

and add in one of those chewable or swallowable probiotics

make no mistake....it is vital for your body to excrete waste matter
