I don't need to do this, I'm from here, no one in my life from Richmond has ever not claimed the bay...
Are you from Richmond? I've heard Richmond natives say it plenty of times.
I don't need to do this, I'm from here, no one in my life from Richmond has ever not claimed the bay...
think poor people are gonna be allowed to sit in prime real estate areas....they do this to black, white, spanish, if it's top area you getting hauled out

Nobody ANYWHERE else I've been to is ballin like the ppl out here.
That's all I have to say.

It's true, san Quentin sits right on the water in Marin, they have been trying for years to find a way to move a fukking prison to get that land back.
but seriously, why should that land be a fukkin prison. Makes no damn sense , outside the fact that IF you escaped you'd have to swim across to make it to land. But who cares , it's not the 18th century anymore.
Prisons should be in rural areas, in north dakota somewhere - so when you escape you'll have to brave the elements and mother nature.

This house is worth a million and is just a couple houses away from mine. Keep in mind that this is in the flatlands, just a block removed from San Pablo Ave, which is a major thoroughfare between Oakland and Richmond.

Houses in Lakeview selling for a mil and up too.
283 Farallones St, San Francisco, CA 94112 | Zillow
How the fukk a house on that street with bars on the bottom floor windows selling for a mil?The police wouldn't even reopen the police substation of Broad Street literally a couple years ago unless the whole thing was encased in bulletproof glass and houses down the street really going for a million?
OMI neighbors, Inner City Youth call for reopening 103 Broad St.
I used to live on Ramsell up the hill from Randolph and bullets used to come through the windows sometimes back in the late 80's and early 90's.Now houses on the Dolph selling for seven figures.
But when I lived there it was like growing up on the same block as Tre, Ricky and Doughboy.
Sometimes I wish I had a time machine to go back that era when J's wasn't retros.
But Lakeview was too grimey back then. These new residents in the View have now idea about the history of where they stay.

Yup they are about to take over the entire bay view hunters point area and change the name to some goofy shyt like "dogpatch south" automatic 1200$ increase in rentI'm in SF as I type this, I'm from the bay, oakland still has a large black population as does antioch, richmond,Pittsburg,vallejo.....but outside of that where barely there, it used to be diverse now not so much....I'm from hunter point orginally.............when I go there it's like I never grew up there it's jurrassically !!
Yup they are about to take over the entire bay view hunters point area and change the name to some goofy shyt like "dogpatch south" automatic 1200$ increase in rent

location doesn't mean beach front, beautiful area, nice schools in all cases
it can simply mean it's in an area that land is scarce.. or somewhere we there is a high demand..
or..... and most important.... will become way more valuable in the future
my folks bought a house in loudoun count for 350k... way over what it looked like... country ass area with nothing there... but it had promise
well now they are the 2nd richest county in america... one of the fastest growing in america.. and turned from country into a city/suburb and because it's 30 mins from dc... that same house is worth 750k
look at all that brooklyn real estate that nobody who lived there could afford... and people wondered why.... now you see gentrified brooklyn and those houses have tripled in price... so your best bet was to get in early
like right here.... what you think that shytty million dollar house is worth............ once they remove all the nikkas out the area and the bay becomes rich white people ville.. and you get to sell that same house for 2 milly cause a nice neighborhood is built, low crime, and now they put up good schools
you gotta look 5-10 years ahead if you playing the real estate game... your property/area/city could be on a serious decline or a serious come up... i think the bay is about to come up(kick the nikkas out) any day now
