@Amethyst blood test can reveal if HSV-2 is fresh or old infection. My blood test come back clean to this day. I don't rely on symptoms to determine infection. Not your average ordinary everyday nikka here.
HSV-1 is the one they cannot test accurately. This is because HSV-2 hides in the spine while HSV-1 hides in nerve tissue so antibodies will not show up in the blood if you don't have an active breakout. HPV can also be cleared in males spontaneously by the immune system so there is no point to test. Many strains are evolved for some reason to target females more. Some biologists think it is the secondary immune properties of leydig cells in males which make it more difficult for it to live in the testical and prostate area. The female has no such immune protection for their ovaries which makes it an easier target and host overall.
Don't try to school this nikka I been researching this shyt for +10 years and know more than your average PCP with 5-7 years real job experience in the field.
