I don't see how you can be MVP...when the other teams offense revolves going at you every single play on defense...

That's not the only reason, people chuckled when Harden made the switch to point guard, yet he's at worst the 3rd best PG guard in the league. If the Thunder had a better record though Russell would win it. But Harden leads the league in win shares.
