Jay doing these joint stadium tours with other acts isn't about him leeching off them, as much as it is a function of that $150mil 360 deal he signed with Live Nation a couple of years back...basically, they want to make their money back...hip hop tours don't usually venture outside of arena sized venues, so in order to step it up a tier to stadiums (which means move $$$ recouped for Live Nation) Jay's been coupling up with other big draws (Em, JT, Beyonce, Kanye) to generate more revenue at the gate
