In what City did you live in the 80's and 90's, I see you repping Brick City, NJ which means for the most part you were getting Jets and Giants game plus the game of the week. I live in Los Angeles and I would see the 49ers games every week along with the Raiders and Rams. I am just trying to figure out how you were able to see these games and just like you I'm not some kid. There no NFL Sunday Ticket you get what they gave you, which was regional.

During the championship years both teams got national play, granted preference was given to the Giants/Jets games but many of those games were played on TV even out here, moreso in the the 90s during the Cowboy championship years, not so much in the 80's. Particulary the 49s/Cowboys rivalry. Both teams have a healthy fanbase out here believe it or not from those games.

fair enough, but there were games where Jerry dished out that work more so than not. Deion himself even gave Jerry props. On the same token look how many times they went up against each other though. So to say Deion would shutdown Calvin based off of Revis and Tillman, which is a small template in itself just isn't right.

good matchups....i'd go like this:

champ vs cj - champ was athletic as fukk, which is what he used most of the time to shyt on people, but he wasnt good at knocking wrs out of their routes/stopping them from going where they wanted to go...cj would be able to get to his spots, which would make it tough for champ...think it's be 60-40 cj...

woodson vs cj - that's a damn good matchup...woodson was physical as hell, and he was fast/quick enough to keep up with wrs...a damn good cb that got a lot of his shyt overlooked cause of prime...anyway, think he'd make it hell for cj to get to his spots and catch the ball, but if cj ever did, it'd be over...cause woodson was fast, but cj would leave his ass lol...think this would be 60-40 woodson

Calvin is a physical freak but he's not unstoppable...Revis shutdown Calvin a couple years ago and this was in the present pussified no defense era...He held him to something stupid like 1 catch for 10 yards...

Deion was dangerous because he played off on Wide Receivers by baiting the Quarterback to think the Wide Receiver was open.

The only way Calvin Johnson could catch on Deion is by catching balls in the middle of the field. Deion wasn't a short DB being 6'2, Olympic speed, and high vertical.

Calvin Johnson is not out running or jumping Deion with ease.

3 rec for 154, that means champ got 91, 43, and 20yds put on em in 3 catches, mcnabb was all kinds of off in the 1st half, nikka thru 11 incompletions and a pick in his 1st 12 attempts, him not doin shyt is because mcnabb was out of sync from the start, when owens did get his and he was eatin champ

if owen can do that with just 3 catches, imagine what megatron could do who is a bigger target and better hands, n qb with a lil bit more composure than mcnabb
