OK, So why are you bringing up her wealth if that's not the ultimate issue in this thread then? If you wanna rant about how us black people need to do better with our money, then make a thread about it and give us some good financial tips like @Hiphoplives4eva said.
Don't try to derail the thread and attack the victim because you don't agree with Jay getting blamed.
I don't agree with Jay getting blamed, I don't see why Jay has to sacrifice potential ways to provide dozens with further education through his foundation over the plight of 2 cases. With the Cristal case, their rep denounced hip hop as a whole, so that's different to me. I don't see why this young woman waited 9 months to come forward with her case.
The hypocrisy of it is, I'm sure 9 out of 10 members of this board that's throwing those stones doesn't do any community or volunteer work. They give back nothing but will say Jay Z doesn't give enough & will still say so all the while not having a clue of the extent he does to give back. If he visited just one high school in Chicago, Brooklyn, whatever....the naysayers will still say "Oh, he only went to one high school, he needs to go them ALL!" He's damned if he do, damned if he don't.
I was always told you can't help everybody, so why give out good, free financial tips to people I don't know? Especially seeing how folks act on here. I would love to work & build with like minded people, but this is not the board to find that at, with the exception of about a handful that I've seen.
