I think it's close between him and Mahomes. Can't put him over Mahomes as of right now, but Josh Allen scares me more than Mahomes dude to his running ability. He's like a bull running full steam ahead after buying time in the pocket, and he doesn't shy away from contact. The last part could be an issue going forward though.
