Cam been sick for a while. IBS is nothing to fukk with. I dunno if he ever got it completely under control but that will age the fukk out of you...with severe cases, your body isn't absorbing vitamins and minerals right.

Oh no....didn't know all that. Respect to him, for managing his illness and still maintaining despite that type of situation. I had a feeling that it was more behind the scenes issues bc Cam wasn't dumbing out on drugs or reckless situations to the extent Juelz is.
