That's not what he used as his argument. If you want to make the argument he's a better playmaker assists is an awful way to do it. kobe showed as a 32 year old he could easily average double digit assists if he wanted. lebron could as well. It's a stupid metric to measure playmaking. Not to mention Kobe playing in the triangle most of his career.
