Here's what I would do for you guys out there having issues in college. Sounds like you're part-way there.

1. Get you hygiene right. Don't ahve to go to class in a suit, but clean up, lose the t-shirt and ratty clothes. You look like you're not fukking around and girls that age eat that shyt up
   
2. Get you fitness right. Don't be flabby and sick at that young an age
3. Lower your standards. Dude who struggle with females have a bad habit of looking for GF quality females. Don't think "could I go out with her?" or "what would my friend's think?" Your attitude should be "would i hit that?"
4. Practice your game. Use any and every opportunity to talk to women. You start learning how to read them. If you're worried about rejection, practice on ugly women or women you could care less if they say yes or no. Sounds harsh, but it works.
   
5. Join organizations WITH WOMEN. fukk your campus Pokeman group. Women open up when they're in a different environment from a bar. The less bar-like the more open they are. I always did way better at house parties than the club
   
6. fukk crushes. Make your move and move on. Don't play that "waiting for her to see" game. She says "no" try with her GF. If her GF says "no" try with her again. The word "crush" should never come out of a man's mouth unless you're talking basketball or p*ssy
7. Stare right into a woman's eyes. Don't be looking her up and down when she can see you. That's a sign that she's "got" you

You go to a CUNY and are probably a commuter student? If so it's kinda harder,but talking to women in college ain't that hard even if you a little introverted as long as you decent looking it's inevitable that a girl in one of your classes or in your dorm hall will have a crush with you or will be willing to talk to you.

Go out to parties, do you have friends that get females through them you could get a couple talking to you, are you into clubs, do you attend events, go to the gym, hang out in the gameroom or library, do you hang out in the lounges in the dorm halls, etc.

When I was at Uni in the UK, I ate.
Stayed by a good mate of mine in Uconn for a month in his dorm room. I ate.
Went back to Community College in the Caribbean to re-do a class I had gotten a bad grade in earlier and met all them 18 year old thots when I was 26.
I did what? You guessed it, Ate. (t'was one chick, but it had others I got closed to but wasn't on campus like I was in my teens so I never pursued)

Breh, you in COLLEGE. You know how many of these undergrads fukking lose their minds for that sort of freedom? Away from parental guidance and already swayed by the apparent college hook up culture? Plus if you can get your hustle on and either get a car or a liquor hookup if you ain't old enough to buy it yourself, then you's a man of interest. Man of interest? A dude people come to get rides/drinks like the damned Godfather since they can't themselves to that point.

In America when I was perpetrating as a student that month at Uconn it was too fukking easy to meet chicks and smash, especially since I had all the free time in the world to meet with 'em, so I ate good for that month. Campus parties, house parties and generally just meeting chicks from that college in the neighboring bars. And I ain't shyt, breh. I'm short and, but I can hold a conversation, make most girls laugh and budget have enough money to take college chicks on cheap dates (Movies, Olive Garden dinners etc..) Ain't no reason you shouldn't be eating or atleast meeting up with a girl or two, man. While at College? NONE.
