There's a shift where the sales and following come from. I hate to say it but unless you got a surefire "trap" hit, you're gonna need to come with some radio friendly music.

Basically theres 5 trap mixtapes released everyday for FREE on livemixtapes/datpiff so to put a half assed version of that sound out there (Box Chevy, etc) is gonna get no sales. Trap music = free music unless theres a surprise hit (Type Of Way, Versace)

Theres a weird shift in the sound of todays "popular" hip hop. RIght now its between the Cali/DJ Mustard/"R.I.P" sound and the softer/for the ladies/"The Weeknd" feature that is selling.
