This. People dont seem to understand a girl with a bat or knife can kill you just as easy as a dude can, those things are weapons... he should have kicked her ass then called police on her.. that way he could still be living in the apartment while she has to face the legal charges
i agree but over here in canada, police would have arrested him even if she was the aggressor. always better to be the one filling an assault charge first.
