Please stay safe and I'm so sorry to hear about this! I saw this on the news hours ago and it's starting to rain here again in Houston now. Said the same system was coming this way or something. I saw the weather days ago and the way they described it I thought it was just a normal storm. Had no idea it was flooding until they showed it.
