people want to question the authenticity of Carter 4 sales. But Hov who is way less popular and already had a million copies sent out for free and had little promo sells 500k and no one is suspicious?

Folks on here keep saying the album is trash... yet the sales keep coming in... I wonder why that is.
One thing that's consistent is jay has the most stupid fans. People are on twitter like "I got the album but I'm gonna buy it to support jay z." Jay is worth like 380mil, if anything you should save your $13 and maybe one day you can be worth something.
Jay-z Stan's are who's are hated not jay himself .... That's what Stan's don't get ., jay saying he's the best at the music business on breakfast club and I respect that so I won't Knock his hustle or business skill at all . His music is hit or miss to me but his self marketing is par none

Your post shows how stupid you are. Back in the 90s i bought cds every week. I'm got money now and i like it in my pocket. I can listen to all the music i want for free. I don't SUPPORT these guys so they can go out and buy another platinum chain? Another Bentley.. Are you stupid? Save your money, invest it. These guys gonna make money from shows anyway.

But this is the thing. I don't get one dollar from that album.
So my thoughts of the album has nothing to do with being impressed at the promotion working to generate interest and buying power in the album.
Jay is WAY past his "critical and commercial success in one album" days. Even AG barely scanned 1 million. But I will never knock an artist putting honest effort into doing what his job is in the music industry: to sell music.

Where can you get free PS3 games from? Please show me how to save more money! I haven't purchased a blu ray since netflix, hbogo, cable, etc. I wait for it to come on for free. If i can get something free with the same quality why on earth would i pay for it?

The numbers shouldnt be surprising. This is pretty much what was expected from a Jay-Z album. Sure 1 million copies were purchased by Samsung (brilliant move for both parties), however.....he is still going to move a lot more units...also not a surprise.
What I am curious about, is who will be next to make an attempt at putting their album out in a similar fashion.
Im sure the management copies for other big artists are putting out feelers to some of these big companies to see if they can get a big payday for similar treatment. Who will be the next one?
