Has the definition changed in the so called street community? Yes. doesnt mean that they are correctly using the term or definition but it has changed. Changed to the point that if someone is victimized like hard working citizens, they can get that label put on them.

So if y'all run with this new definition fine. Its not the original meaning just something ignorant people have adopted. Now stop quoting me nygga
