My original post stated that if Kobe was younger and healthier he stays. I think, if Howard really wanted to stay, he could tell management to get rid of D'antoni (and bring in a guy who will work). Healthy younger Kobe, healthy Dwight > anything GS or Hou currently has and I'm not even gonna debate that. BTW, I'm a Knicks fan and in no way a Kobe fan. I just think people forget how good he is/was (and he was pretty good last year). Last year for the Lakers was more of an anomaly than an indictment of their future (If Howard had stayed).
