The fact that Seth curry and klay's brother mychal played together as the baby splash bros on the warriors d league team last year is an incredible sports story that deserved more attention
His downside overshadows his upside that's why. Being able to score doesn't make up for not being able to do anything else 
Seth will always have a role in the NBA with his shot and genetics but he'll never be a star. People want him to be Steph but he doesn't have the handle or the size or quicks that his brother does.
It's obvious Seth doesn't have the physical attributes & overall skill set compared to his brother but Seth's talent has also been overlooked in the league when it's clear he has potential to be a starting PG or at worst a great 2nd option for a NBA team.

Steph is a pretty good athlete. He has enough foot speed to accelerate off the dribble and beat his man to the rim consistently no matter who it is. You almost never see Steph get blocked from behind by his man. He also can linger in the air long enough to hit circus layups anytime he wants. Not Westbrook level or anything but you don't see a guy like Conley doing that every night.
It is but Mychal will be overshadowed at the end of the day. Klay's brother that plays in the MLB will be given MUCH more attention soon. He's one of the top prospects in baseball

I know he's awful defensively, but so was Steph, and I don't really get why no one gave him a chance when he's clearly a guy that can score and at the very least can give you something off the bench.
His April Numbers:
17.5 PPG, 5.3 assists per game, a steal per game, on 54% shooting from the field and 57% from three 3.
They really started Rondo's no jumpshot ass over him all year long.
He's better at D than Steph was at this age. George Karl said he was their best perimeter defensive player on the Kings.....
