in almost every state if your name is on the birth certificate it doesn't matter who the biological father is....you got to pay!

Yea, alot of judges feel like the child's stability is most important. If you been taking care of that child for a period of time, even if you find out you not the father, they feel its wrong to disrupt that. Its highly like that a judge would keep the man making hundreds of thousands of dollars on the hook

I don't think she deserved to die at all. All I know is she provoked that man and ended up dead over it. It's disgusting to reduce a human child to a means to damage his father. he is a deranged murderer. the deranged murder she chose to involve herself with in a romantic relationship and chose to provoke and in the end it got her killed.

if you look someone in the eyes and provoke them by basically telling them that you're going to ruin their life. use their child to take away all their money and also take their child and in reaction they kill you to prevent you from achieving your goal you still provoked someone not knowing what they were capable of.

I disagree. If he's just an angry violent nikka, where's all the past incidents?

There was NO incidents of violence in Jovan Belcher's past.

This was a guy who was a great student and wasn't even the typical jock, he was part of anti-domestic violence campaigns and seemed dedicated to making the world a better place, per his moms, his teammates, his coaches, his classmates in college, and virtually everybody who knew him.

When this happened everybody who knew him said they couldn't believe he could even be violent because he was such a sweet person.

THAT is why nikkaz believe something else had to happen.

Some of these nikkaz in the NFL are thugs and you see them thuggin' through high-school, college, and then they get into the league and keep it going (i.e. Pac-Man Jones, Lawrence Phillips).
