Lol @ anyone who enters the music industry and believes anyone is a friend. That's why the westside gunn shyt from a couple months back was hilarious. People were mad at the producer for calling out what seemed to be shady practices. "But you're not on yet, this is how it works!"

You don't talk to dudes about credit, they'll try and give you an unequal amount or none at all if they can.

You don't speak about clearing seemingly innocuous phrases or notes and then people will try and take exorbitant amounts because they can.

A lot of these guys hate when your business is on point cause they can't take advantage of the happy idiot.
