You need to move in silence breh.

The last time I switched jobs no one knew, not even my family :mjlol:

When I finally pulled up like, "We need to talk" the director was sweating. I dropped a bomb on those fools, shoutout to the Gap Band.

When people found out they were approaching me like, "You really leaving?
Jesse Jackson cry
"

While I'm on the topic, a lot of yall need to learn the art of the "ear hustle" while at work. I never speak more than I listen.

You ain’t BUILT for CORPORATE AMERIKKKA.

You’re moving like a naive sheep in a den of WOLVES.

And you SHOULD have told your manager you’re looking at other jobs. Because provided you’re good and they’re under staffed like you said they would be MORE INCLINED to keep your ass and meet you halfway to what you want :snoop:

I've worked with plenty of snitches and they never make it past middle management, in general they cant be trusted. Their is so much shady stuff that goes on in upper management that the last thing they need is a snitch. The moment you tell something personal like that to your boss, he will never trust you.

The key is to use the snitches to your advantage, the OP had it right and could have killed 2 birds with one stone but dropped the ball could have exposed a snitch and leveraged a raise.

I actually like telling snitches useless information cause it makes me look better in the long run.

the best way to move in corporate america is to use other peoples incopetence

The first time anyone should know you were looking for another job is when you’re handing in your notice. Hopefully, you don’t get fukked over as a result of this (I’ve seen it happen a couple times) but bare that in mind for future reference.

It's your own fault. Don't tell anyone you're leaving. Even the friendliest, trustworthy seeming nikkas. Keep that shyt to yourself.

I had to learn this stuff the hard way too.

Me and a dude started at this company together....we about the same age and were cool with each other. the other co-workers at this job were some cold haters, so i was bound to leave that place when another situation presented itself.....so i have something else lined up and i tell dude "yeah, i am leaving in not so long, but don't tell anybody". because i don't want that akwardness or people being in my business.

I take a few days off because fukk that job. Then when i return i swear to god everybody came crowding at me asking me all types of questions "i heard you leaving", "where you going next?", "what are you going to do"

Dude was the only one i told and in few days everybody knew.....he was a hater too:francis:

That's why you shouldn't talk with co-workers if it's not job-related. I don't even know half of my co-workers names not even kidding. Clock in, out, that's it. What happened to you sucks but I wouldn't even confront the guy, just use this as a learning experience.

You’re probably right. I once snooped through the HR manager’s emails when I was fixing her computer, and I saw that They had a convo about me possibly leaving, because they saw my resume on Careerbuilder. They gave me a 10 percent raise after that

Whenever you email someone always write the email with the assumption that it will be forwarded to other people.

This goes the same with just basic conversations.
I don’t tell nobody nothing about nothing!!

People are shytty, can’t trust anyone.
It’s usually white people to do this type of shyt tho
