Dumb I got a new job offer and I'm headed out at the place I'm working at now but I ain't saying shyt until I come in and quit...taking half of the people who's qualified with me that referral pay is a muthafukka.. but I ain't saying shyt until it's time to goYo I’m fukking disgusted right now.
My manager hit me up a while ago telling me that someone said I was applying for new jobs. Dude straight up asked if I was planning on quitting. I had to straight up lie to that nikka and tell him no.
I told two people at my job and a security guard I work with. One of the guys I told was a 2nd line field tech like me. Long story short the company was going through changes and we eventually lost all our team due to people quitting. We both were planning on quitting so eventually so I don’t think it was him.
I told my security guard but I only told him because he keeps in touch with another guy that previously quit and he tried to get me a position at the current job he was working at through the security guard, so I don’t think it was him.
The last person I told was a breh who I was training a few weeks ago. Dude recently got promoted to the same position as me mostly due to us having a short. I was working with dude for a few weeks and we talked about a lot of shyt. He did tell me that after I left he was going to threaten to quit so he could leverage some more money out the company since they would be hella understaffed.
I don’t want to accuse anyone but it’s most likely looking like the breh. This is some really lame ass snake shyt right here. nikka fukked everything up so now when I do quit it’s going to be hella fukking awkward.I haven’t been this mad in years. If I find out who did this I’m going upside that fakkit’s head.

That’s the funny thing. I’m the most experienced guy on the team. They can’t let me go. If they do there’s only going to be one other dude fixing these ATMs in the entirety of Queens and the Bronx. I was hired by a company that never had a military contract in a war zone
And they hired me for a contract in Afghanistan
*I literally found out that they presented me to the DOD as ALREADY being their employee (before even hiring me or contacting me about the contract) to get the contract over other companies bidding
They presented me as their expert
So I got hired and the program manager fukked up and told me later
I used that info to get sooo much more money
I was already getting top dollar
But another contracting firm we worked along
With was trying to poach me
I was the most experienced and went out on the most dangerous missions
So I let them know if they didn't give me a certain % increase

You can’t trust too many people with personal info period. It’s not like when we were kids and everyone was just genuine with each other. just like how you dont trust him…its a cold worldpeople at my job were talking issues they have at work and how it will impact their work with all the uncertainty. At some point one of the VPs asked me what i think about it. I said :”I dont care really, my resume is up to date”
