I read another article that just said they were making out. Someone called the police on them and when the cop got there he asked for her ID (not sure if he asked the white dude) and se refused to give it to him



after that she tried to walk away from the scene thats when dude detained her. He eventually said that he couldn't find anything that showed they were having sex, got her ID, and released her.


But basically, if she had just showed him the ID it wouldve been over and done with
